Locations/Programs: B.R.E.A.D. ® (Bridges Reaching Ederly and Disabled)
Bridges Reaching the Elderly and Disabled (B.R.E.A.D.) is a program that reaches out to seniors with financial hardships and physical disabilities. Once a month, volunteers deliver B.R.E.A.D. boxes and spend time with a home-bound senior citizen.
B.R.E.A.D. boxes contain items such as peanut butter, juice, pasta, beans, and cereal. Canned items may include tuna, vegetables and fruit and when available, fresh bread, produce and pastries are added.
How can you help the B.R.E.A.D. program at the Food Bank? Contact us to discuss which option below works for you.
